Wild Peru Travel is a safe travel agency in Peru.
Please read the following conditions carefully, as it is your contract with Wild Peru travel E.I.R.L, when agreeing to book a trip with Wild Peru travel E.I.R.L. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Which describes our cancellation policy and limitations of liability at the time of making your reservation.

Contract
The contract between Wild Peru Travel E.I.R.L (known as the company) and the client, who is the person traveling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the company. Securing your reservation
To guarantee the reservation, Wild Peru travel. Requires a completed reservation form (either on our website or sent by us. With your quote) along with the necessary payment. Client data
In order to confirm and guarantee the organization of the service to the clients, the client must provide all the identity data with the initial payment. Client details include passport number. Copy of passport data and medical form. Full name. Date of Birth. Flight information, telephone nationality.
The Final Payment
Charges: to avoid overcharges on your vacation, make your reservation in advance. Do not change the hotel at the last moment.
If you change your reservation
A fee of $50 per person will be charged if the confirmed reservation is changed or transferred to different departure date or tour, up to 30 days prior to your trip.
If a client is not fit to travel. And mention to us about 20 days in advance, in circumstances that Wild Peru Travel considers reasonable, then the reservation may be transferred to another suitable person. Or your money will be returned minus 20% since 10% goes to money transfer payments. And 10% to administrative expenses. And your money will be returned within 15 days.
Last minute changes
The company reserves the right to modify any of the facilities. Services or prices described in the brochure or website, if that change is made the client will be informed at the time of making the reservation or when the change occurs. Although the company will make an effort to operate all the tours with the announced changes.
Cancellation policies – the right of withdrawal
Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms.
• Cancellations or changes in paid reservations have a penalty of 50% of the total value of the package and are made within a maximum period of 60 calendar days after receiving the request.
• Cancellations or changes between 7 days and 1 day before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package.
Complaints or claims
If the client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, it is a condition of the contract that it be told to our local representative on the spot.
If they don’t make the complaint that very moment. It will be impossible to assume any responsibility if the client has a dispute with Wild Peru Travel and cannot resolve it, please write to us within 28 days of your return and we will investigate and provide a solution.*
Financial Security
Wild Peru travel E.I.R.L is a travel agency Accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and registered as Wild Peru Travel E.I.R.L
It complies with current European regulations regarding the protection of customer money. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to accept the authority and decisions of Wild Peru Travel, employees, guides, and agents while on vacation, if in the opinion of these people. The health, or conduct of a customer at any time. Before or after the departure seems to jeopardize the process of safety, comfort, or tranquility of the tour the client may be excluded from the tour.
Clients must be in a position of their respective documents.
Our company responsibilities
Reservations are accepted with the understanding that they accept the possible risks inherent in Adventure travel and that excursions or expeditions are made at their own will.
The company obliges to provide its services with the necessary diligence, for all the services to go perfectly.
The company does not assume any responsibility for force majeure, climatic phenomena, or natural phenomena that may occur earlier during the trip. Or any eventuality that may make the trip uncomfortable or difficult. Or any delay to the obstruction of your trip in any way and does not guarantee the failure of the company.
Policy on children and infants
In all programs, unless otherwise indicated, the minimum age is 11 and twelve months,
Children over 12 years old are considered adults and will be subject to adult rates.
Last minute reservations
For all reservations made within 10 days of tour departure, there will be a $30.00 USD filing fee.
This last-minute fee covers our Additional expenses for our hotel providers, train ticket, bus ticket, and operating expenses.
